Greetings!
As
we fall head over heals in love this month our days
get a little off and we move our wine dinner a whole week
earlier! At the beginning of this year Chimichurri's launched
it's newest wine list. Wanting to find wines that were new
and from great vineyards we turned to Delactatio
(Day-lehk-TAH-tsee-oh) Wines. With a name like
Delactatio, the latin equivilent to the english word
pleasure, we immediatley knew that this was going to
be a great partnership. This local providor presented to us
some excellent wines to add to our already award winning
list. On February
7, 2012 we gladly present to you just a few
from our newest wine list.
